This notice has been prepared by Veksacore Bilişim ve Siber Güvenlik Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. (“Veksacore”), acting as the data controller for the Cyobik website and demo-request process, to explain how personal data is collected and processed under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Personal data collected
When you use the Request a Demo form, Veksacore may process the following categories of personal data:
- Identity information: full name.
- Contact information: work email address and optional phone number.
- Corporate and professional information: company, country and optional job title.
- Request information: evaluation interest and any additional details you choose to provide.
- Form and transaction information: language, source page, submission time and the version of the privacy notice presented with the form.
- Technical and security information: limited request, network and anti-abuse data processed by website hosting, security and email-delivery infrastructure.
- Marketing preference: whether you separately chose to receive occasional Cyobik product and event updates.
Do not submit passwords, internal IP addresses, network diagrams, configuration files, vulnerability details or other sensitive security information through the form.
3. Purposes and legal grounds for processing
Personal data submitted through the website may be processed for the following purposes:
- receiving, reviewing and responding to a demo request;
- contacting the requester and arranging a product discussion;
- managing pre-contractual and commercial communications;
- maintaining a controlled record of the enquiry and relevant follow-up;
- protecting the website and form against abuse, fraud and security threats;
- meeting applicable legal obligations and responding to lawful requests from competent authorities; and
- sending product or event updates only where separate optional consent has been given.
Depending on the activity, processing is based on Article 5 of the KVKK, including processing that is necessary and directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, Veksacore’s legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries and protecting its systems, and explicit consent for optional marketing communications.
4. Method of collection
Personal data is collected directly from you through the electronic demo-request form. Limited technical and security data may also be generated automatically by the website, hosting, security and email-delivery services used to transmit and protect the request.
5. Transfer and recipients of personal data
Personal data may be disclosed, only where necessary for the purposes described above, to:
- authorised persons working for or on behalf of Veksacore;
- website hosting, security, email-delivery and mailbox service providers;
- professional advisers where required for legal, accounting or compliance matters; and
- competent courts, regulators and public authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Depending on the infrastructure of technical service providers, limited processing or storage may take place in countries outside Türkiye in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
6. Retention and deletion
Personal data is retained for the period reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the request, manage relevant commercial follow-up, protect the website and comply with applicable legal obligations. When the processing purpose and legal grounds no longer apply, personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable requirements. Marketing preferences are retained until consent is withdrawn or the relevant purpose ends.
7. Data security
Veksacore applies reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to limit access to authorised persons and protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss. No internet or email transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to the data controller, you may have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed;
- request information about the processing of your personal data;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose;
- learn the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad;
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data;
- request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7;
- request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to third parties to whom data has been transferred;
- object to a result arising against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems; and
- request compensation where you suffer damage because personal data has been processed unlawfully.
Requests may be sent to privacy@veksacore.com. Veksacore may request information needed to verify the identity and authority of the applicant before responding.
9. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when the form, processing purposes, recipients, technical infrastructure or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
